Through the green front garden with a tiled path, we reach the house’s front door.
Behind the front door, we find the entrance with a wardrobe, meter cupboard, guest toilet with fountain, stairs to the first floor and access to the spacious living room.
The sun-through living room extends over the entire length of the house and lets in a lot of light through large windows at both the front and rear. The living room has a high ceiling, a cosy fireplace and is finished with a parquet floor. A large sliding door provides access to the backyard.
The semi-open kitchen is located on the garden side of the house and is equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is also an extra back door to the garden.
When the dividing wall between the living room and kitchen completely breaks through, a spacious living room with an open kitchen could be realized here.
Via the stairs in the hall, we reach the landing of the first floor.
We find two bedrooms on this floor, an office and a bathroom. All bedrooms are finished with carpet, and two bedrooms have handy built-in wardrobes.
Only one bedroom has a bed, but a second bed can be added.
The bathroom has a sink with furniture and a shower.
The large backyard is located on the east and beautifully landscaped with a playful variety of green borders and tiled terraces. There is also a beautiful old birch tree in the garden. At the back of the park is a handy stone shed equipped with electricity and space for, among other things. Washing machine and dryer. The whole is enclosed by a wooden fence and a brick wall (including the back), and because there are no direct side and rear neighbours, the garden is very private.

The house is located in Amstelveen, in the famous Keizer Karelpark district. It is a very child-friendly neighbourhood with schools, childcare, playgrounds and the international school of Amsterdam within walking or cycling distance of the house. Near the home, there are several supermarkets, shops and speciality shops. The house is also a short cycling distance from the covered Stadshart of Amstelveen, with a wide range of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, a cinema, a pop stage and a library. Every Friday, there is also a large market on the Stadsplein with various (fresh) stalls. You can breathe fresh air in the nearby Amsterdamse Bos and De Poel.
