The apartment has a cosy balcony where you can enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon. Smoking (no weed) is only allowed on the balcony. The owner may consider friendly pets.

Popular Oud-West neighbourhood of Amsterdam, suitable for one or two people. Very close to the Vondelpark (650 meters), the Foodhallen, Leidse Square, various trendy bars/restaurants, a regular as well as a biological grocery store, trendy clothing shops & public transport. Even the Jordan and city center is within walking distance and tram 7 and 17 stop around the corner.
Jan Pieter Heijenstraat is on the corner and this street is full of hotspot restaurants, bars, clothing stores, furniture shops, biological grocery stores and Mediterranean grocery shops. The Food Hallen which is a great food court as well as the Filmhallen (cinema) are also at the entrance of the TenKate markt. The apartment is easy to access from Schiphol Airport and has simple connections to and from the highway.
The Ten Katemarket, a typical Dutch market, is a 5 minute walk where you can purchase fresh veggies, cheeses and other local specialities.
