Canal view apartment recently renovated one bedroom apartment in the heart of Amsterdam’s museum, entertainment, and canal district and uniquely soundproof.

Overview:

From the entrance, you can take the elevator or stairs to the apartment. Soundproofed concrete floors and double glazed windows offering canal-side tranquility despite being at the centre of everything. Unlike in most canal homes, there are no sounds from upstairs or downstairs neighbours. From the living room, you will have access to the French balcony. Open plan living/kitchen with built-in Bosch appliances: fridge, dishwasher, oven, washer/dryer, microwave, and Nespresso machine.

Designer dinner/work table for four and a large l-shaped sofa that folds out to a comfy full-sized double bed for guests.
